Erin Burkart, Team Leader
Erin is a full-time realtor and the team leader of The Burkart Group. She is in the top 5% of all agents at Keller Williams Central. She and her team consistently sell over 8 million dollars in property every year. She was Rookie of the Year her first year in real estate and a Triple Diamond winner every year since 2015. She has her luxury home designation and has taken extensive training in marketing. She is originally from East Texas and has lived in the metroplex since 1993. She has been married to her husband Tom for over 20 years and has two children. She absolutely loves real estate and enjoys working with all types of clients. Whether this is your 1st or 20th home to buy or sell- she is 100% the person you want on your side of the deal! She is a hardworking, fierce negotiator and an excellent communicator. Valarie Delgado, Executive Assistant
Valarie's role entails management of the Group’s marketing, administrative and organizational needs and as a result, she is affectionately referred to as the Director of Operations by the rest of the team. Prior to joining the Burkart Group, Valarie volunteered for several different causes within the local community. One of her volunteer efforts highlighted her strong organizational skills and as a result, “no good deed goes unpunished” and this lent her to being elected as the leader of the Parent Teacher Association, even while continuing to serve on several advisory boards and booster clubs. For 20 years she has led, as Team Captain, the longest standing March of Dimes family team and was subsequently asked to serve on the advisory and planning committee for the Dallas March for Babies event. Valarie has also served and volunteered in her over 20 years as a military spouse. Her greatest challenge and the job she’s proudest of has been raising her four children along with her husband Frankie. Valarie loves her local and military community and all of the people in it...and she loves being involved with the process of making dreams come true for individuals and families when finding their dream (ideal) home!
